Ms. Julie Kelso

Vice President of Planning Crafton Tull

Julie is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners as well as the American Planning Association, and is a licensed Landscape Architect in both Arkansas and Texas. Julie’s areas of expertise include large-scale comprehensive plans, bicycle and pedestrian plans, and parks system master plans, as well as site-specific projects such as streetscape corridors, trail design, and campus planning projects. Julie strives to plan and design places that reflect a community’s values, heritage, and aspirations. She has managed several award-winning projects varying in scale from a few city blocks to several counties.

Type Concurrent Session In-person Open to All Attendees

This session will discuss efforts underway regionally and across Arkansas, and discuss innovative strategies to integrate local and regional biking as viable means of getting around. Participants will hear short-format presentations followed by a brief Q&A session and an interactive, distributed discussion employing the engaging open space format.
