Morgan Keeling

Associate Director Illinois River Watershed Partnership

Morgan Keeling is the Associate Director at the Illinois River Watershed Partnership (IRWP). Growing up in the River Valley, she knew she wanted to work for a nonprofit/NGO. She earned a BA in Journalism from Arkansas Tech University and an MBA from the Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas. Since joining IRWP in 2020, Morgan has managed grants from the Arkansas Dept. of Agriculture, Natural Resources Division, NRCS, and Walton Family Foundation to address water quality challenges in the Illinois River Watershed. She organized the Northwest Arkansas Low Impact Development Conference in 2021 and served as a volunteer instructor for the University of Arkansas's RazorLearn series in 2023, developing the course "Sustainable Stormwater in Our Growing Region." Morgan is the Chair of the Multibasin Regional Water Council, a Certified Arkansas Master Naturalist, and a board member for Terra Studios.

Kick off the 2025 Place Summit with a warm welcome from ULI Northwest Arkansas leadership.
