Transportation Programs Manager NWA Regional Planning Commission

Nicole Gibbs is the Transportation Programs Manager for the Northwest Arkansas Regional Planning Commission. Prior to joining the Commission, she was the Senior Planner for the City of Centerton. She holds a Master of Science in Planning and a Heritage Conservation Graduate Certificate from the University of Arizona in Tucson and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners. As a regional planner, Nicole values the opportunity to collaborate with planning partners across Northwest Arkansas’ dynamic, polycentric region to help shape its future and advance choice, connectivity, and opportunity for residents.
