Randy Wilburn is the Director of Communications at the Fayetteville Public Library, one of the nation’s premier public library systems. A seasoned storyteller, podcaster, and communications strategist, Randy has spent more than 15 years helping leaders and organizations amplify their message and connect with their audiences. He is the creator and host of I Am Northwest Arkansas®, a regional podcast highlighting entrepreneurs, artists, and changemakers shaping life in the Ozarks. Randy also serves as a podcast strategy consultant for the Zweig Group, guiding firms in the design and professional services industries on how to use podcasting to build authority and deepen client relationships. A former talent acquisition consultant and corporate trainer, he has produced over 2,000 podcast episodes and trained thousands in communication, leadership, and storytelling. He also launched hyper-local platforms like FindItNWA.com and ONBoardNWA.com to strengthen community and economic connections across Northwest Arkansas.
