Wes Craiglow is the Executive Director of the Urban Land Institute’s Northwest Arkansas district council, where he aligns ULI’s mission with regional development and land-use leadership. Previously, he served as Deputy Director of Planning and Development for the City of Conway, focusing on urban design, commercial development, and cycling advocacy. Wes holds degrees in Geography and Community & Economic Development from the University of Central Arkansas and is an AICP inductee. He lives in Fayetteville with his wife Emily and their son Murrell, enjoying cycling, community events, and fishing in their free time.
